Join us for a day filled with engaging presentations, interactive tabling,
live 3-D printing demonstrations, and much more! Additionally, a light
breakfast, CE credits, and a delectable lunch buffet will be provided to

1) An overview of 3-D printing capabilities and the material strengths and limitations.
2) How and why to integrate 3-D printing into your office.
3) Anterior immediate implant cases using 3-D printed surgical guides and temporary crowns for superior esthetic results.
4) 3-D printing posterior healing abutments for ideal tissue management and restorative results.
5) All-on-X overview and how to use 3-D printing to improve surgical and restorative outcomes. Charles will focus on the interaction between the dental lab and dentist to assure successful results from the surgery to the final prosthesis. Dr. Nagao will take us through his All-on-X workflow and using the 3-D printer through this process.
6) Live demonstrations will include same-day occlusal guard fabrication and All-on-X immediate temporary design and staining characterization techniques.
Dr. Nagao earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from The Ohio State University. While in Ohio he received advanced surgical training working with a prominent oral surgeon. He is particularly passionate for dental surgery including implant placements, sedation dentistry and complex reconstructions. Dr. Nagao is a faculty member and mentor at Implant Pathways which focuses entirely on the surgical placement of dental implants. He is also an Associate Fellow in the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and recently achieved diplomate status in the American Board of Oral Implantology. Dr. Nagao uses 3-D printing in all aspects of his dental practice including surgical guides, temporary and final crowns, occlusal guards, wax-ups, and much more. Charles Banh holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Berkeley in Microbiology and is a denturist. He brings over 10 years of implant experience and guided surgery from Anatomage and BIOMET, respectively. He is a consultant for oral surgeons and travels to speak around the country in digital dentistry and guided surgery. He was voted one of the top 40 dental technicians under the age of 40 in the US by LMT Magazine and has published numerous articles on digital dentistry. Currently he is a key opinion leader for the Straumann Group. He is a member of the Academy of Osseointegration, Faculty Club for Spear Education and is a fellow of the International Team of Implantology. He heads both guided surgery and full arch departments and is co-owner of Ceramics West and Alliance Training.
