Idaho Dental Foundation Awards $9,000 in Grants

Five Idaho dental programs can now serve more people in vulnerable populations thanks to grants from the Idaho Dental Foundation (IDF). These grants are part of the IDF’s mission to support ongoing oral health initiatives throughout the state of Idaho.

The $9,000 in funding was distributed to the following:

Care House Partnership - WTVDS: $1,000.00

The purchase of a hybrid dental/medical exam chair.

Genesis Community Health Clinics - SWIDS: $2,500

The purchase of a digital dental x-ray sensor.

Miles of Smiles - SWIDS: $500

Dental supplies for the mobile clinic that provides preventive and emergency care for low income children.

Terry Reilly - SWIDS: $2,500

The purchase of a diode soft tissue laser for dental procedures.

Terry Reilly - SWIDS: $2,500

The purchase of a digital dental x-ray sensor to be used in their mobile dental clinic.
