How many Idaho dentists are members?
The ISDA represents more than 800 dentists across the state of Idaho, with over 600 of them actively practicing/ licensed.
What should I expect when I fill out a membership application?
After you have submitted your online Tripartite membership application, you will receive a confirmation of application submission. The ISDA will review your application and verify your Idaho license status before approving your membership application.
Once your application has been approved, you will receive a dues statement to the email you provided. The most accessible way to pay your dues is through the link in the email but you are also welcome to mail in payment to the ISDA as well.
After your payment is processed, you will receive a "Welcome Packet" full of information about being a member and will start to receive communications about your local component meetings.

How long is my membership good for?
Your annual dues cover you for the calendar year. The ISDA sends out yearly renewal statements in November for the following calendar year.
What is a Tripartite Membership?
Tripartite Membership means you are a member of the American Dental Association, the Idaho State Dental Association, and a local component society.
Who should apply for Tripartite Membership?
Please fill out an online membership application if you are:
- A recent dental school graduate
- A transfer from another state dental association
- A non-member
Who should not fill out a Tripartite Membership Application?
If you are a current member trying to pay your dues or a current dental student who has not yet graduated, please contact the ISDA for assistance.
