  • Unique Practice Partnership Opportunity

    Gooding Idaho

Description: Newly Remodeled practice in a Gooding, Idaho: a small town on 35 miles outside of Twin Falls, ID. Town population is close to 4,000 with over 15,000 in Gooding County. Our office is one of two in the town of Gooding and our group has two of three practices within the county. There is a significant Hispanic population estimated around 30%.

The practice was housed in an 80year old building with flow and age challenges that were obstacles to growth. About 6 years ago it did have a full-time doctor who commuted from Twin Falls and collected close to $700,000. It was purchased by a doctor who turned it into a part-time satellite. Last year the office was closed for a full remodel. Since that time it has seen steady growth and new patient flow. The Practice is on track to collect $325,000 with a new grad three days a week who does not place implants, do molar endo or wisdom teeth. We have locations in Jerome, Wendell and Buhl in addition to Gooding with one doctor in each location.

We are looking for a Doctor who has the following:
    1. Desire to be a long-term part of the community,
    2. Desire to make a positive difference in the life of each patient
    3. Good clinical skills with the ability to do molar endo, wisdom teeth, other surgical extractions and implant placement.
    4. Little to no debt so as to be able to grow with the practice without the pressure of large loan repayment burdens.
    5. Vision to see the potential for growth. Our vision is to bring in a Doctor who we will give all the tools to help grow this practice into one similar to the Wendell and Jerome offices which collect around 850,00 and 1,200,000 annually with approximately 50% overhead.

Within six months of arrival the Doctor will be trained on all our systems and given every opportunity to succeed. At six-months, the doctor will have the opportunity to buy 50% of the Gooding location. A year later there will be the opportunity to buy into the other three offices within the group.

Immediate income potential: • $500/day per diem for the first six months or 30% of collections, whichever is greatest. o Current Dr. has exceeded minimum for all of 2018. • Opportunity to work three days in Gooding and 1 to 2 days in Jerome if desired. • Long-term income potential: • Opportunity to make excellent income through very productive efficient Gooding location. • Opportunity to share profits of other locations through buy-in. • Opportunity to be part of any future growth investments.

Added benefits of group: • Mentoring: Ability to schedule any large cosmetic, implant etc. cases in office with seasoned Dr. to mentor as you gain confidence. • Economies of Scale: Ability to improve negotiating power and lower cost for sundries. • Collaboration: Your neighbors are your friends and partners we can share ideas on cases, management and even refer when desired (or receive referrals as well). • Future income potential: Ability to earn passive income from practices and equity growth through the growth of other locations for retirement. • Greater Ability to impact community: A larger group has a greater ability to promote positive change and contribute to the community on a grander scale.

If this unique practice opportunity sounds like something that fits your goals, please contact us right away. We have only one opening and it will not last long. Thank you! Don Wyatt 208 969-0763 Cell
