Associate Dentist (General Dentistry)

Boise Family Dental Care is a thriving, family dental practice located in beautiful Boise, Idaho. Position Overview: We are seeking an Associate Dentist (DDS/DMD) with a passion for general dentistry and patient care. Our ideal candidate is someone who is naturally optimistic, energetic, detail-oriented, and has a great work ethic. The focus of this role is restorative dentistry, but depending on your skills and interests, you will also have the opportunity to perform a wide range of procedures within our practice – including oral surgery, endodontics, implants, IV sedation, and orthodontics. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants to broaden their clinical experience in a supportive setting. All experience levels are welcome, whether you are a seasoned dentist or a recent graduate. We encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities

*Provide comprehensive general dentistry services with an emphasis on restorative procedures for patients of all ages.

*If interested and qualified, the opportunity exists to perform additional procedures such as oral surgery, endodontic therapy, implants, IV sedation, and orthodontic procedures.

*Hygiene exams

*Work closely with our experienced team of dental professionals to ensure each patient receives exceptional care and a positive experience.

Qualifications

*DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.

*Idaho dental license (or eligibility to obtain one) in good standing.

*All experience levels are welcome – new graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship.

*Excellent clinical skills in general dentistry and a willingness to learn and adopt new techniques.

*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.

*Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

*Interest or experience in oral surgery, endodontics, IV sedation, or orthodontics is a plus, but not required.
