ASSOCIATE DENTIST NEEDED in Nampa, Idaho

Description: Do you love going to work every day? Do you want to live and work in one of the most beautiful outdoor playgrounds in the Northwest?
Western Idaho is known for waterskiing, snow-skiing, snowmobiling, white-water rafting, hunting, and camping. Sports fans enjoy watching teams from Boise State University as well as semi-pro teams in hockey & baseball. Nampa is also home to College of Western Idaho and Northwest Nazarene University. CWI and NNU both offer concurrent college credits for certain classes that students can take in high school. Those of us that live in Nampa know how great the schools are! There are 3 large high schools in Nampa: Nampa, Skyview, and Columbia. These 3 high schools are close enough to each other geographically that students are actually able to travel from one campus to another if needs be for different classes. Example: Nampa High School has a robust Vocational-Technical program; Skyview High provides education in Health Occupations; and Columbia High has resources for students more interested in the Arts. There are also multiple charter schools to choose from, as well as private Christian schools. Teams from Nampa have recently won state championships in Soccer, Wrestling, Volleyball, Track and Field, Dance, Speech, and Debate.

We are looking for a specific type of individual who shares this philosophy: “Customers are the most important asset in the dental business, so we make ourselves available to them at convenient times.” Office hours are Monday-Thurs: 8-6, Fridays 8-5, and Saturdays: 8-2 (based on patient availability and scheduled appointments). Without happy patients we do not survive. Our highest priority is the patient experience, so having a great personality with an unwavering focus on the patient's well-being is paramount. We also demand clinical excellence in general dentistry for families (we love kids)!

We are a busy, dynamic, and growing practice in Western Idaho that provides comprehensive care: implants, orthodontics, cosmetics, crowns/bridges, sedation, pediatrics, dentures, and emergency services (including wisdom teeth and root canals).

COMPENSATION: Dentist will be compensated via commission based on collections (our practice has a collection rate above 99% after insurance adjustments). Our practice covers the cost of your lab fees, license renewal, liability insurance, and CE so you can focus on your patients.

Associate dentist needed to work 4 days per week and at least 1 Saturday per month. Specific days to work will be determined during interview / hiring process. Part-time employment could also be considered.

SUPPORT / STAFF: Our office is a beautiful stand-alone building designed by the owner with the feeling of entering an Alpine Chalet. Our office is computerized / digital with modern equipment, and only the best dental materials are used. Our dental team is highly trained and experienced. You get to treat patients like family -- no compromises. Personal leave is encouraged, but must be scheduled in advance.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Required to have at least 1 year of experience in the dental profession since graduation. Preference will be given to applicants with more experience (please list applicable training in your resume, including AEGD or GPR training, CE courses in Pediatrics, Endodontics, Oral Surgery, Implants, Orthodontics, etc.). Most of our staff is bilingual, so your ability to speak Spanish is a plus!

REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS:
CPR or ACLS or PALS certificate
Idaho Dental License
DMD or DDS degree
DEA certificate

If you are genuinely interested and want to be part of something special, please send us your resume via email.
