    Responsibilities
    - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
    - Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and responding to emails
    - Maintain and update patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
    - Collaborate with dental staff to ensure accurate billing and coding practices
    - Assist with human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
    - Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to promote a safe and productive work environment
    - Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events as required
    - Provide administrative support to dental staff as needed

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
