- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of insurance billing and dental terminology
- Confidence in speaking with patients about finances and establishing financial agreements
- Familiarity with doctor generated treatment plans and how insurance benefits may apply
- Ability to generate and sequence doctor proposed treatment plans
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with teammates, doctors and patients
- Ability to manage schedule and business operations to ensure excellent patient support services
- Ability to manage team with kindness, empathy and example
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and responding to emails
- Maintain and update patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure accurate billing and coding practices
- Assist with human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to promote a safe and productive work environment
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events as required
- Provide administrative support to dental staff as needed
Salary: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
