Chad switched career paths after hiring a financial planner and learning the benefits of long-term planning. Inspired to help others navigate their own financial road map, he left his sales job in the medical field to pursue finance. His perspective as both a client and an advisor makes him very relatable. Chad specializes in Estate Investment Planning Strategies, Retirement Income Planning and Comprehensive Investment Planning. With a bachelor's degree in technical sales and business from Weber State University, Chad is also a Certified Personal Wealth Advisor (CPWA®) who holds his Series 7 through LPL Financial and Series 66 through Stratos Wealth Partners. Away from the office Chad enjoys spending time with his wife, Amber, and three children on their small farm. In addition to hiking, camping and skiing, Chad is an adrenaline seeker on the hunt for new opportunities that push his personal limits.

Elliott Tracy is a Director at Sorren with more than 15 years of experience advising healthcare professionals, particularly in the dental and medical sectors. He works closely with practice owners to improve profitability, streamline operations, and implement tax-efficient strategies that support long-term success. Known for his proactive approach, Elliott helps clients make confident decisions through financial benchmarking, planning, and customized advisory services. He brings a strong commitment to delivering insights that are both strategic and practical, helping practices not only run smoothly but also thrive.

Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Ashley, and their two sons, Parker and Conner. Elliot and Ashley are aspiring Pickleball professionals. He is also active in his local community, serving as a wrestling coach for Lake Hazel Middle School and the Lil Mavs Kids Club at Mountain View High School.

Jennifer Eisenhuth, DDS, MS, PA, after studying engineering at the University of Minnesota, Dr. Eisenhuth attended the University of Minnesota Dental School obtaining her DDS in 1994 and her Masters in Orthodontics in 1996. Over the last 25 years she has run a private practice and been a part time faculty at the University of Minnesota Dental School.  In addition to private practice and teaching, Dr. Jennifer Eisenhuth along with her husband Peter, have been committed to creating healthier and more effective preventive oral care products.

Mike is the agent for Idaho Dentists Insurance Agency and exclusive Idaho contact for The Dentists Insurance Company (TDIC).

Dr. Michael Jerkins, is the President and Co-founder of Panacea Financial and is also a practicing physician in Little Rock, AR. After earning his BBA in Economics, he deferred his medical school acceptance to teach middle school science in the Phoenix, AZ, area while also earning his Masters in Education from Arizona State University. He then completed medical school at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center before finishing his residency at University of Cincinnati Medical Center and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. He hosts The Podcast For Doctors (by Doctors) and speaks nationally educating doctors on the intersection of practice and finance.

Over the last 25 years Peter Eisenhuth has dedicated his career working in the dental care industry helping doctors advance their level of oral care.  Working alongside his wife, Dr. Jennifer Eisenhuth, Peter has spent the last five years researching and developing clean ingredient preventive oral care products using modern and advanced materials. In addition to his constant pursuit to improve and develop modern preventive oral care products, Peter works closely with Dentists and Hygienists throughout the county providing instruction and education on the use of modern preventive oral products.
