Description: UME Dental Growth is seeking full-time and part-time Associate Dentists to join our growing network of 14 dental practices throughout Idaho’s Treasure Valley, including Boise, Nampa, and Caldwell. Each office has its own leadership and unique team culture, supported by shared resources and a commitment to clinical autonomy, mentorship, and professional growth.

We offer 30% adjusted production compensation, a 6-month income guarantee, a $5,000 relocation bonus, and a pathway from Associate Dentist to partnership. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with scheduling opportunities varying by practice. Our collaborative environment allows dentists to practice with independence while benefiting from experienced mentors and operational support.

Description:

• Assist doctors and clinical team members during orthodontic procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment for patient appointments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
• Educate and support patients throughout their orthodontic treatment journey
• Take records, impressions, photographs, and other patient documentation as trained
• Follow infection control and sterilization protocols
