How do I register?

Early Registration ends May 8th, and pre-registration ends May 31st.  All Late Registrations (after May 8th) will be charged a $25 per person late fee.  All On-site registrations will be charged a $50 per person on-site fee.

1) Register online:

2) Register By Mail:

• Fill out the registration form

• Include each attendee’s name and registration category code. Be sure to purchase tickets for any events for all attendees in your group.

• Retain a copy for your records.

• Enclose payment. Make Checks out to: ISDA

• Mail to: 1220 W. Hays St, Boise, ID 83702

3) Register By Fax:

• Fill out the registration form

• Include each attendee’s name and registration category code. Be sure to purchase tickets for any events for all attendees in your group.

• Retain a copy for your records

• Include complete credit card information

A confirmation email will be sent to the Primary Registrant’s email after processing. If you do not receive a confirmation within 10 days, call the ISDA at 208-343-7543. You must include an email to register.

No Registrations will be accepted by phone or email.

Avoid duplicate registrations! DO NOT send originals by mail when you register via fax.

What is your cancellation policy?

A refund, less a $15 processing fee, will be given if request for cancellation is received in writing by June 5th.

Will course handouts be available?

You can download course handouts here when they become available in May.  Please download and/or print your course handouts before the Session.  They WILL NOT BE PRINTED FOR DISTRIBUTION ON-SITE.  If you wish to have handouts available for reference during courses, please be sure to download them in advance.

How do I get my CE Certificates?

CE completion certificates will be made available online at www.TheISDA.org after the session. It is the participant’s responsibility to verify the requirements of his or her state licensing board and to self-report any CE credits earned.

What do I do if I lose my badge?

Please visit the ISDA Registration Desk located outside the Exhibit Hall to have your badge reprinted.  You may need to place your order for reprint and return at a later time depending on the traffic at the registration desk.

Where can find refreshments during the Annual Session?

                        Coffee and water will be available in the Exhibit Hall before classes begin and during class breaks.  Join us for the Exhibit Hall Ice Cream Social for a cold snack and non-hosted bar.

Where can I find lodging for the Annual Session?

                     Lodging in Sun Valley is available at a discounted rate for participants until May 19th at the Sun Valley Resort. Be sure to let them know you are with the ISDA to receive our special discounted room rates.
