How do I register?

You must Register by July 11th

Register Online:


Register By Mail:

• Fill out the registration form

• Include each attendee’s name and registration category code. Be sure to purchase tickets for any events for all attendees in your group.

• Retain a copy for your records.

• Enclose payment. Make Checks out to: ISDA

• Mail to: 1220 W. Hays St, Boise, ID 83702

Register By Fax:

• Fill out the registration form

• Include each attendee’s name and registration category code. Be sure to purchase tickets for any events for all attendees in your group.

• Retain a copy for your records

• Include complete credit card information

 

A confirmation email will be sent to the Primary Registrant’s email after processing. If you do not receive a confirmation within 10 days, call the ISDA at 208-343-7543. You must include an email to register.

 

No Registrations will be accepted by phone or email.

Avoid duplicate registrations! DO NOT send originals by mail when you register via fax.

• At your check-in for those staying at the Sun Valley Lodge, Inn, Condos or Apartments if your name is registered with your                        room at the hotel.

What is your cancellation policy?

A refund, less a $15 processing fee, will be given if request for cancellation is received in writing by July 5th.

Will course handouts be available?

You can download course handouts here.  Please download and/or print your course handouts before the Session.  They WILL NOT BE PRINTED FOR DISTRIBUTION ON-SITE.  If you wish to have handouts available for reference during courses, please be sure to download them in advance.

How do I get my CE Certificates?

CE completion certificates will be made available online at www.TheISDA.org after the session. It is the participant’s responsibility to verify the requirements of his or her state licensing board and to self-report any CE credits earned.

What do I do if I lose my badge?

Please visit the ISDA Registration Desk located at the Inn Board Room across from the Exhibit Hall to have your badge reprinted.  You may need to place your order for reprint and return at a later time depending on the traffic at the registration desk.

Where can I get a drink or snack during the Annual Session?

All attendees will be given $3 vouchers to use at the Exhibit Hall Café located in the Exhibit Hall just down the hall from speaker rooms.  The café will serve drinks, like coffee and juice, and snacks like muffins, candy bars and yogurt. 

The Exhibit Hall Café will be open:

                Thursday – 8:00 am 0 3:30 pm

                Friday – 8:00 am – 11:30 am

How do I get to the Annual Session?

By Bus or Shuttle

Daily shuttle service between Boise Airport (BOI) and the Sun Valley Lodge via Sun Valley Express.

Advance tickets may be purchased by calling Sun Valley Express at (877) 622-8267 / (208) 622-8267 or going online to www.sunvalleyexpress.com.  Tickets also may be purchased on the bus at time of departure on a space available basis.

 

Driving to Sun Valley

Driving to Sun Valley Resort offers an enjoyable ride through high desert and picturesque farmland with very little traffic.

 

From Boise Airport:

Head east on I-84 41 miles to the second exit for Mountain Home. Turn left on Hwy. 20 (a good spot for rest or refreshments). Continue on Hwy. 20 for 84 miles to the Hwy. 75 junction. Turn left on Hwy. 75 and continue for 25 miles to Main Street in Ketchum. Turn right (east) on Sun Valley Road. The Resort is one mile ahead.

Total: 151 miles (2hrs 50mins)

 

From Boise in inclement weather:

Take I-84 east 87 miles to the Bliss Exit. Take Hwy. 26 toward Gooding and Shoshone, about 27 miles. Turn left on Hwy. 75 at Shoshone. Continue 54 miles to Ketchum. Turn right (east) on Sun Valley Road. The Resort is one mile ahead.

Total: 169 miles (3hrs 10mins)


From Twin Falls Airport:

Take Airport Road east. Road turns into Washington, then Shoshone Street. Continue through downtown Twin Falls to the Five-point Intersection. Turn left on Hwy. 93 (Blue Lakes Blvd.).

Continue to the Perrine Bridge which crosses the Snake River Canyon. Continue on Hwy. 93 which will turn into Hwy. 75 at Shoshone. Continue 54 miles to Ketchum. Turn right (east) on Sun Valley Road. The Resort is one mile ahead.

Total: 85 miles (2hrs)

Is there childcare available during the Session?

Child care is not provided by the ISDA, but it is offered by the Sun Valley Resort through their Play School (ages 5 and under) and Youth Summer Day Camp (ages 6 and older) programs. Two hour, half-day, and all-day rates are available. Lots of fun summer activities such as ice skating and lessons, swimming, paddle boating, golf at the Sawtooth Putting Course, bowling, crafts, gondola rides, and field games are included in the daily rates.
